DIAMES-PAC app for iPhone and iPad

DIAMES-PAC is a Production Activity Console for users of the DIAMES Manufacturing Execution System. It allows full operator control of any connected machine or manual workplace (e.g. assembly) that is controlled by the DIAMES System.

The general available functions are:

- View all accessible or recently used machines
- View machine details, operation, downtime and crew status & key performance values of the selected machine
- Create, start, interrupt and terminate operations
- Sign operators on/off
- Set downtime reasons
- Full breakdown/maintenance management
- View work schedule, pool and system related operations
- View machine and operation specific customized information
- DIAMES Adviser support
- Supports full DIAMES user security

- Book scrap using downtime scrap triggers

- Semi-automated run/stop guidance
- Semi-automated quantity report requests (good/scrap)
